You can take 1Y03 and 1YY3, since right now you're short a course...if you do that, then you've got exactly the courses I had in first year. Quite manageable.

I took an anatomy and physiology course in high school. Found it really interesting.
How is physcis first year...I o not have a background, only took grade 11. If it is hard I plan to get a physics book over the summer break.

If you don't have gr12 physics then I'm pretty sure you need to take Physics 1L03 before you can take 1B03.

yes you do need physics 1L03 before 1B03 if you didn't need take grade 12 physics, also this is just a personal suggestion- but I would consider switching out one or 2 of your courses for electives.

Personally I did 5 science courses in my first term and found it to be quite draining, also you can take 1st year courses in upper year.

Some elective suggestions
1. Choose a subject you are really fascinated by, if you gives you a chance to learn something new
OR
2. Opt for an elective with a "lighter" workload such as Econ 1B03 or 1BB3, one of the 1st year Anthro courses or geo 1HA3 or 1HB3

Also choosing an elective that has a term paper or 2 could be beneficial- most 1st year science courses are basically midterms and labs, and when you get second year life sci there are courses where you will be required to write essays/ research reports

just my two cents, but I really hope you choose Mac! It's an amazing school

Thanks for the tips , I will look over the courses available and decide on lighter electives. The only reason I want kin is because I really liked Kin at highschool.

Also, regarding physics, Do I have to take it? I think it is required for 2nd year biochem correct? I really suck at physics, I am more of a bio person, but if I have to, I will put in the effort.

Kin is an amazing elective, and it's not much work at all. I'd definitely recommend it.

You need 1B03 by the end of level 2 for biochem.
