What course is it? Anyway, you should speak with your professor. It really all depends on him/her and they're the only ones that can answer your questions thoroughly . I'm pretty sure they don't show you the solutions, but you should be able to get all your questions answered. And no, you can't keep the exam paper, unfortunately.
