Failed 1st year class..
I'm a first year student, so I'm a little lost if you will.. If I failed a first year class that isn't required for my 2nd year program, worth three units, can I just take another course worth three units to make up for the units I'm missing?

For most programs, they let you in even if you've only finished 27 units by the end of the year. You just need to make up those 3 units up before you graduate.

As long as you passed the requirements to get into the program then yes. You just need to redo a 3 unit course (assuming it was elective) agaim
