When you find out Roxas is Sora's Nobody... well it was obvious something like that was there but it was still awesome... and sad...

All of the kingdom Heart games are depressing in general now that I wiki the entire story... Didn't understand it much as a kid.

When I beat the elite 4 only to find out Gary beat it first... what a bummer

How did you not know that Roxas was Sora's Nobody from the beginning of the game? I thought they made it clear that a Nobody's name was an anagram of the name of their original form with an X. I was almost offended when the game literally had to spell it out for me in that one cutscene where SORA floated around, rearranged itself, then added an X.

Bro... I was like 10. I still thought I would get my Hogwarts ticket at 11.

Baldur's Gate twist. Very nice. Also Windwaker and Kingdom Hearts.

The Bioshock twist was okay. Wasn't really that surprising.

But best twist ever? Guitar Hero. When you are playing along with the chorus and then...woah out of left field an orange.

Just bought / beat Catherine a few days ago.


Spoilers:

- The entire Catherine boss sequence wasn't real :(

- Catherine wasn't "real"

- Boss was behind everything (I liked it when Vincent said something along the lines of "all this time you were going on about how it was someone close to me who sent me here and it was just the BARTENDER!?")

- Erica was a dude.

The ending to Red Dead was ****ing heart-wrenching, borderline cruel. Hours spent rebuilding your life, getting to know the family you've worked for the entire game and then it's just taken away for seemingly no reason.

How about Portal? It was a great, original game, but I did not see the end coming. I think it was because my brain was fried by the last puzzle that I couldn't put everything together. I memorized the portal song "still alive", though.

Persona 3: Shinji's death, Nyx is the moon itself.

Persona 4: Reverse Bridget syndrome.

Knights of the Old Republic 1; When you find out that *you're* Darth Revan, the guy you keep hearing legendary myths about.

Easily one of the best plot twists if not the best, I've ever seen.

Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean and Baten Kaitos Origins has great plot twists. Too bad the games didn't do so well :(.
