Feeling lost
Well, I'm a first year student right now and I've just come to McMaster. I'm currently in the faculty of science, with no "real" intention of applying for med school since the competition is too intense and I doubt I'd have a shot XD. I was just wondering what other careers are out there for a science student. Would pharmacy or nutrition also be possible with a science degree? Also, where would I check the course requirements for med school for 2010...? I don't even think I've met the requirements with my courses. I've only been here a few days, but I'm feeling sooooooo clueless as to what I want to do. Is that common for first years?

There are academic advisors as well as a careers and coop department for science students. They are located in the same place, near the lobby of BSB.
