Is VP Finance appointed? Does Vishal pick some guy or does he go in front of the SRA and give a little speech and then everyone votes?

Regardless, I think it's pretty helpful for the somewhat confused first-years.

Wow, and I had just finished complaining about how the MSU doesn't tell us what they spend our money doing.
