Finding application
I cant find the 2010 - 2011 OSAP APPLICATION.
I went to the site and there is only a 2009 - 2010 APPLICATION !!!!!!!

Hey,
I haven't started looking into it yet. But it's likely that they have not posted the new application yet.
I would just check back later.

That means it hasn't been released yet.

Ya last year it was released May 29th I think or somewhere around there so expect the same this year.

lol, I find the idea that if someone writes in caps it immediately indicates that they are either panicking or screaming in real life but it could be that they just dont care enough to turn caps lock off lol.

I don't think it was the caps... they could have just copied and pasted that part. But the excessive amounts of exclamation marks would indicate panicking or screaming. When I say excessive I mean like more than 5.
