Finishing Humanities 1 with 27 units?
Im pretty sure I failed one of my classes this year, but it hasn't been posted yet. It was the Ling 1a03, and i have Ling 1AA3 next semester (which I will obviously have to drop).
If i have to drop this course, and can't switch into something like philosophy, I will be finishing with 27 units. Can i still go into second year with this?

You can continue into second year provided that you meet the prereqs for the program you want. However, if you do fail a course, you will not get the 3 units for it, so you would HAVE to find another course for second semester to finish the year with 27 units. Otherwise, you would only have 24 units, which might be okay for second year if you meet the prereqs. You can then overload in future years or take courses in the summer to make up the units.
