15 units
Are 15 units a decent amount to handle in 1 term? I want to join 3 clubs in Mac as well so I'm contemplating whether to take 15 or 12 units this coming term.

15 units are very manageable. I took 15 in each term last year and spent almost 10 hours a week in choirs and clubs and I still had plenty of time to spare. You should be fine.

I would say that highly depends on your level and program load. Sometimes 5 courses become too much to deal with in one term if 3-4 require a lot of work.

Try 15, then drop a course if you don't want that much stress.. I'd stick with 12, but it depends on the clubs and your ability to time-manage though.

Yes, Engineering students have 6 courses per term. Plus, I knew a girl who'd taken 7 courses in one term. So it's very possible! 15 units is the standard load, after all, and if you manage your time properly, you should be able to factor in the clubs too.

I've taken 7 courses in one term, it seems overwhelming at the start, but once you get into the workload it becomes manageable. I know a girl who took 8 courses one term, extremely stressed but she got through it okay. (I had 7 courses as a norm, she asked for 8....we're both in Eng Phys)
