Im going into Business 1 in september. One of the requirements is math and it says:
3 units from MATH 1A03, 1LS3, 1M03
I am interested in taking 1M03 - is that a single unit or are there 3 units in that course?

The last digit of the course code specifies the units. So 1M03 is 3 units. Most 1 semester courses are 3 units and full year courses are 6 units, with some exceptions.
and do you know what the lowest mark we can get to move on to year 2?
I kind of slack off sometimes and still deciding whether to go to mac, ryerson, or u of t.

Require a 3.0 to stay at mcmaster, not sure for your specific program though.

For your specific program you can find it in the undergraduate calendar.
