The majority of the ID cards are available at Gilmour Hall in Rm 114. They stopped mailing them, you have to go pick yours up in person. Lately, I called the registrar's office at (905) 525-4600 because I was going through a similar situation as yours and that's where I got this information from.

All the best to you

You don't need your MacID to pick up your residence keys. All you need is:

What Should I Bring With Me?
  • Don't Forget a Picture and ID!
    • Residence Admissions requires both government issued photo ID, and a passport sized photograph (kept for our records.)
    • No ID = No Key!
    • No Photo = No Key!
