Fixing an incorrect final mark?
Hi,

So I got a 10 instead of an 11 in one of my courses in term 1. I've tried emailing the prof 4 times. I went to her office hours and talked to her personally (around mid March). She said she submitted a request for a change and I should see it soon. I'm getting my term 2 marks and this is still not changed.

Anyone know what I can do at this point?
Thanks ^_^

I would go and talk to the registrar. They've had more than enough time to do it. if you can. have the prof sign a note or something so you can try and get them to do it right in front of you.

Interim Grade Reports:

Interim Grade reports for all Undergraduate students will be posted as follows:

Term 1 and Term 3 (mid-term) - Thursday, December 22, 2011 to Friday, March 30, 2012
Term 2 and Term 3 - Thursday, April 26, 2012 to Monday, April 30, 2012
It probably wasn't processed before March 30th. You should contact the registrar to make sure it has been changed. It might also have been changed on the degree audit, so you should check there first. If you really need it on your grade report for whatever reason, then (provided it was processed):

I've had a prof put in an incorrect mark before - it was resolved within 2 weeks. You should definitely talk to the registrar.

Thanks guys.

How do I talk to the registrar? Where do I go? :( I know, I'm pretty dumb.

And Jeremy, it's not changed on my Degree Audit either. I don't "need" it on my grade report per se, I just want to ensure the change will come and I'm not screwed out of a mark I don't deserve.

The Registrar's Office is in Gilmour Hall. I think there are little signs/plaques on the walls or hanging from the ceilings that should point you to it once you get to GH.

Then I would definitely suggest talking to someone.

The registrar makes the most sense since they would be receiving the grades to input them into MUGSI, but if you aren't on campus and are having trouble reaching the registrar (if they are busy or something) then you may want to try the associate's dean's office.
