Flasher loose in Westdale .. again
A 34 year old man was arrested for flashing women in Westdale, then let out on bail. Now there are more reports of a man exposing himself. The description on The Spec seems similar to the guy who was arrested, so it might be the same person. Be careful!

Happened to a friend of mine a few weeks ago... if you see something strange just remember to take a glance at what the guy looks like before walking away and calling the police.

From what my friend saw it was a little more than flashing, if it was the same guy. He was masturbating in an alley yelling "ahhhh I'm gonna come!"... she was pretty disturbed.
