Police arrest ANOTHER flasher in Westdale
A man was arrested (and later released) in May for flashing young women in Westdale. The police just arrested another man for the same thing.

Yes, because I read The Spec website (almost) every day and I live near Westdale. I feel like students might want to know about crimes happening on the corner near their school. Sorry if I'm wrong about that.
