I vaguely remember reading somewhere that if you're out-of-province, it has to be done at a doctor's office (for billing reasons or something) but I can't remember specifics and I wasn't able to find the information again, so don't just take my word for it because I could be completely wrong. Try calling your doctor's office to ask.

I'm 99% sure you can go to any clinic or pharmacy. It's a universal vaccine and the provincial government wants to make sure as many people as possible get it because the flu costs them huge money in lost work hours and health care every year - herd immunity is the goal!
