I'm pretty sure pizza places do. Just tell them the building name, and they'll deliver. Idk about other non-pizza places though.

If you mean fast food,
Then KFC delivers on weekdays i believer from 3:45 p.m to 9:45 p.m. (whether they go to res though, not sure, but why wouldnt they?
Popeyes also delivers, but i doubt they have great delivery service.
Basilique (that amazing restraunt that has pizza and other awesome entrees) also does delivery.

Saigon Asian delivers if you order over $20 of food. $3 delivery fee.
Big Ed's delivers for free!! They are open up till 4 or 5 AM. They have awesome burgers, including the epic 3 lb burger ...
Indian Garden also delivers if you order over ~ $20 of food ..
Same with South China and Express Wok (or whatever the one in University Plaza is called).

Hypothetically though you are only allowed to get deliveries for places that come under the Hospitality services partnership. Hence for Pizza you can only get Pizza Pizza, getting Gino's is technically illegal, though it isn't regulated at all.
p.s: Where is Big Ed's located?

So I looked up mootine and "mootine. It's sort of a soup with mashed potatoes, unthickened gravy (the "au jus" you can get with a roast beef sandwich) and melted cheese on top." Oh god i dont know whether to be hungry, or deathly afraid

That's it. I'm going to Big Ed's and getting that 3-pounder and 3 orders of extra bacon.

Really? Is this written somewhere (i.e. res agreement), because I'd be very interested in seeing that.
