lol, that "lets cram a whole describing sentence into one word" thing is like in German (and apparently how English used to be a long time ago).
For example;
Überschallgeschwindig keitsflugzeug = an airplane capable of supersonic speeds, lol.
Ojibwe, by your example, seems to take it to a whole new level :p.

Whoa. That's a looong German word.
And yes, it seems like everything in Ojibwe is looooong.

I love French!
I'm actually French Canadian, so when learning the language I feel like everything comes so much easier than it did compared to most people in my high school French class.
Once I entered Grade 12 French, I finally decided on how much I actually loved the subject, and how interested I really was, I decided to continue it in University.
So, that's what I'll be majoring in during my time here at McMaster!
By the way, if anyone would like to get to know me feel free to add me on facebook!

Lmao, Gagnon. Now that's a real Quebec last name. Mine would have been Cournoyer, but they went with my dad's last name instead.

i've had my fair share of bad teachers..
haha.
that's why i "ran" away from math and english.
they used to be my best subjects.. other than french.. but one teacher changed EVERYTHING.
my marks dropped.. and i pretty much didn't like those subjects ever again.

Yeah, teachers can make quite an impact on subjects. My math teacher was awesome and I loved math because he would always challenge us and was really enthusiastic. But in university the math teachers didn't even compare and thus I started to hate math.
