You'll be fully registered once you've paid your tuition or have otherwise set up a payment plan.

It can take a couple of days for this to go through, once you complete your payment agreement and pay your tuition.

Have you confirmed your Payment Agreement yet? If you're not being automatically directed to it after clicking Verify Changes and Check Conflicts it should be available as an option in the SOLAR window

Yeah, Fully Registered started showing 'Yes' a few days ago, so if it does say not fully registered yet, you need to get on that.
