Sure, you could be accepted conditionally that your final grades will present a higher average to you, I've seen several friends being given that condition but there is no exact science of course as to whether or not you will be accepted into Mac. Bottom line is that your marks are good when they're above 80% but doesn't guarantee you University until you're talking averages of about 85% or higher for most programs. Good luck.

Conditional offers are made to students who meet the official cut-off for the program but who have not yet completed all of the required courses. When you receive your offer of admission it will list all the conditions of the offer quite clearly. Typically you need to:
1. Complete all the required courses for your program
2. Achieve your high school diploma
3. Maintain a minimum final admission average (varies for each program and is clearly stated on the letter) at the end of the school year (i.e. as of end of 2nd semester).
The offer is valid as long as you meet all of the stated conditions and respond to it by the deadline date (May 28, 2009 this year).
We do make conditional offers to students below the cut-off on the hopes that their grades will go up upon receipt of finals.
