Oh no not a checklist or anything, I just happened to run into it about 10 days ago. But yes, someone stated that you have to have picked yoru courses and stuff before doig it. But now since that's over with, you can do it =]. I've actually just finished mine.

I'm pretty sure we have to do it. The exemption was only for those people entering in Fall 2008. It's due August 31st.
Here's the link -> https://awc.mcmaster.ca/parentform/
It's really quick to do. I finished it in barely 10 minutes.

Ah that makes sense. I was like, "I didn't have to do that last year o_O".
It's better safe than sorry to do these things.

i duno bout that, last year i lost my student card and when i went to the registrars office they printed me a new one right away, with my same exact picture. But maybe at that point u could request a new one? depending on how busy they are?

"What if my ID card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen report it immediately by phone or in person to the Office of the Registrar or the MAC Express Centre to have the card invalidated. To have a replacement ID card issued you must personally visit either the Office of the Registrar or the MAC Express Centre. A $30.00 fee is charged for replacement of the ID card."
I suppose you're right. :] I had also heard about taking pictures at Mac, but maybe that's for when you're getting the card for the first time.

Ooh thanks for clarifying that feona. Someone told me before that it IS okay to retake your picture if you happen to "lose" your card. But I guess there would be no point as the picture would be the SAME. Too bad for people who don't like their pictures:(.

I think it's only for the first time because they have the cameras setup before school starts. The cameras aren't there afterwards because they take up desk space.

That's true. It depends on how the day of the photographer is going. Sometimes they'll ask if the picture is alright.

Just wanted to ask about the Parent Information form. It is not necessary for us to complete it right? I read the article and it said that the form can be ignored for incoming students in 2008, but I am assuming it's ok for us too
