Yep.. I know someone from before.. she went into first year in 2007. So she never heard of the cancellation thing. And I believe in one of the emails I got there was a reminder too. That's how I first found out about it

It wasn't an email just about it.. It was in one of the e-mails as a link at the bottom, or something

i still havent sent my form in. what should i do? can i still send it in and pick it up later? or should i go directly there and hand it to them?

Not sure when the last deadline is or even if there is one, but you'll need to MacID card for various reasons. You should send in the form ASAP. You'll have to line up to pick it up when school starts. Prepare for long lines.

umm could you pick it up when u move into residence? or u can only get it when school starts?

July 10th was the recommended deadline for you to get it in the mail before school. But that way, you'd just have to pick it up in the office. And you can avoid doing the whole sending in your form and picture thing, and take it in the office. But like jhan523 mentionned, the lines might be huge!

Try emailing [email protected] and they'll tell you everything you need to know exactly. It's good to hear it from them

so... i got my card in the mail.. and when i got my picture taken i didnlt know that we were allowed to smile... and look normal..lol.. is there any way that i could get a different picture taken and then a new card made.. or am i stuck with this student card for all of university?

I'm not sure but I think since you already received the card you might be stuck with it.
