Hello all,
I need some help. I am trying to access my sent mails from the old Mugsi server. They contain a whole bunch of personalized emails to professors that I need to retrieve again. Basically, it is critical haha.

How can I access my old sent emails? It would be appreciated sooo much if I could be helped.

They should all be under "Sent Mail" on the left of your new McMaster Gmail account.

They're all gone. These are emails from 2-3 years ago... don't know why they're not there :(

If they were from 2-3 years ago, maybe you deleted them? The old accounts had a pretty low quota for storage space so most people cleaned theirs out every year or so.

Everything you had in your old MUSS account should have been transferred to your Gmail one.

I am pretty sure I didn't delete them as I never touch my sent box. I still have emails in my sent from 5-6 years ago in my other email. Unless I was under hypnosis or something!

Thank you though. I contacted UTS via phone and they will try to help me out. Hopefully this gets worked out.
