Going on to Computer Science II
It said that you need a cumulative average of 4.0 to go on to level II. With non-elective courses.

What percentage is that? Is that difficult to achieve?

If you google 'McMaster grading scale' you can find out what all of the number grades correspond to. And no, it really shouldn't be difficult to achieve, but every year there are people who get < 4. Depends on the person and their situation. It's not a very high standard to meet though, if that's what you're asking.

Okay so the 4 is on the 12 point scale and is around 60%? I thought it was 4.00 and that would be getting 12/12 on your courses hahaha.

McMaster uses the 12-point scale - you won't see cutoffs and things like that reported on a 4-point scale.
