Good Political Science Electives
Title says it all...

I'm confised about what electives to take with political science. Does anybody have any ideas or advice?

I know that French is definitely on my mind.

Also, with the 30 unit first year social science requirement, I don't want to be bogged down with too much work.

Thank-you guys !

You're going into political science and you're starting first year in the fall?

I would recommend both econs, peace studies, and labour studies. They'll complement your political science class really well. Taking Philos 1B03 (Life Law and Society) might be a good idea as well.

Check out the course outlines and see what you find interesting.

I think any class that either explores a lot of writing and critical thinking, as well as current affairs would be good for you. That said, maybe Sociology 1A06 would be good as well - but depending on the person, this class isn't that easy but it's not a whole lot of work either just keep up with it.
