Grade Reports- results may continue
what does this mean? & does this affect our eligibilty of programs that we already have??

I think it means that you can continue to be enrolled in your program/eligible to register for a new term. Nothing to worry about.

It should mean that the results of ur year have allowed you to continue.

may continue in programme means -- You have passed the year and you can move to the next year.
