Where is this Graduation Response Form ???
Do we fill it online? or it is a paper form?
It says that this form will be available in March 2009, but I don't see it in the convocation page...

It is available on the convocation page. It's the Grad Card

No, that is the Graduation Information Card, what about the Graduation Response Form?

I haven't heard of a 'response form', only the Grad Card.

Yeah, it isn't.
Graduation Information Card
Students expecting to graduate at the 2009 Spring Convocation must complete a Graduation Information Card.
Graduation Response Form
All graduands, whether attending the convocation ceremony or not, must complete a Graduation Response Form. |

Last year it was one and the same, so information for both was part of the same form. Have you filled out your grad card yet?
