Does anyone know if the mac gym has a hack squat machine?

morning is better. it gets really busy at 6pm.

I believe it was 11pm last year. I can't check their website because they still have the summer hours up and not the fall.

hey the gym is really busy at 6pm...morning is best OR if you are a night person go at like 10

They usually kick you out 40 minutes before the "closing time" so they can put all the weights back and stuff, just a heads up (ie. close at 10 actually have to leave by 9:20)

Why not just use the barbell on the floor? (and why not just do regular squats)

I like to keep my workouts fresh and I alternate often between front squats, and back squats, but my old gym never had a hack squat machine and I always wanted to try them. =p

The Pulse will be open Term 1 & Term 2:

Monday to Thursday 6am - 11:20pm
Friday 6am - 9:20pm
Saturday 8:30am - 9:20pm
Sunday 8:30am - 10:20pm

Definitely quiter in the mornings. Also, the months of September and January are much busier than the rest of the months.
