I was just wondering if anyone who has lived in the quiet house residence building could tell me about how quiet it actually was. Did people actually adhere to the increased number of quiet hours and was it relatively quiet throughout the year?

Depends on the year (you'll hear that a lot) but this year Halcyon house was very quiet compared to many other residence communities. The quiet hours are actually the same as anywhere else but the people in Halcyon tend to follow them more than in other buildings.

No Matthews does not have air conditioning

I know someone who lived there, and it was definitely quiet. But again, it depends on the people living there that year. And sadly, there's no air conditioner.
