Hey so my friend is looking for a house off campus and was wondering if anyone had gone through the company "hamilton city rooms?" and what was your experience with them.

I spoke to a David something there, as I'm looking for off campus housing as well. He was nice enough, but told me that in addition to filling out the application, I'd have to provide a credit report and references and a $50 key deposit in addition to first and last month's rent.

When I asked for pictures, he said that the ones on the website reflected the state of the apartments...basicall y higher res or more current ones wouldn't be available.

I decided not to go for it since the only one that was available in my range was a 20 min bus ride away from campus, which is a little too far for my liking.
