I have to say, that girl was shrieking "ow" even when lying flat on the ground with nothing being done to her. The attention of the ignorant bystanders who chose to film this obviously only made her act out even more, and those police officers should be commended for what they did. Especially the police officer who stopped to explain everything so politely to people who were unfairly accusing him of being rough with that "poor girl" who thought that it would be a good idea to struggle with police and resist arrest.

People are completely ignorant, the girl was looking for a way out of her personal problems.
The guy, he is just as ignorant and uneducated as they come. Sad excuse of a Canadian right there. I commend the police for being able to keep such a level head in that situation, and if you watch the video, there is no excessive violence displayed by the officer throughout the arrest.
I wish the guy filming this video was warming his shriveled nuts in a Canadian penitentiary right now tho

Problem is that we are being conditioned as a society to view cops as bad, thanks in large part to poor judgement of police in the USA.

Of course the RCMP tasing some poor Polish guy doesn't help either.
