True, but then again they could have been referring to a promoted launch in September when students come back, migrating McMaster students to Gmail won't take more then 3-4 days so it could be done whenever. So I guess they could beta launch in August and then start promoting it in September? Secondly MUSS accounts will still be available atleast for a year on the side for those who prefer to retain so emails should still get to you. Lastly, I haven't heard of a Gmail implementation that was ever anything but successful, It's all hosted on the cloud in a tried and tested formula.
