Free choice also doesn't count for chemical and bioengineering. But typically the cutoff is low (around 5).

None of the courses in Eng I is actually hard.. 1c03 (design course? i dont remember) can be a bit time consuming, compared to 1p03. Having the time slots that would have been 1c03 would be more valuble than 1p03. A lot end up skipping 1p03 anywayss
