For me personally, Chem 1A03 has been the hardest so far.

For me it's a tie between:
Math 4AT3 (Topics in Fourier Analysis) - Just not my cup of tea, never comes as easily to me.
Math 4X03 (Advanced Complex Analysis) - The name alone is frightening.
EDIT: Sample question from 4X:
Code:
Suppose fi are harmonic functions on the unit disk D. Show that no linear combination
of the fi can be negative on dD and positive at some point in the interior of D.

I'm only going into second year, so I'm sure I'll have some... interesting times coming up when it comes to courses. I've never really had a hard course, just frustrating ones.
Political Science 1G06 was a nightmare. Basically most of our grade came from essays - it didn't help that I had a TA from hell who didn't even know anyone's name. The material was really dry, and the prof went entirely too fast for anyone to keep up. UGH.

I think the courses were hard because I really didn't like the course itself: Chem and Physics. Some parts of it I liked, and I did well on those parts. But most of it.. I didn't fully like. lol. So yeah : )

Chem 2B03 - After a while, I started having dreams of all the mechanisms. It was horrible.

Was this before or after the tests/exam?

It's because it comes from the French word "Inflammable".

My hardest so far has been Plant Physiology (Bio 3B03). I love learning about plants, and I'm planning on working in enviroment/ecology related stuff, but I just find learning biology on the micro-level can be really tedious, and I also find memorizing enzymes and their pathways can be tough.
