Has anyone received Osap money yet?
not sure if this was already asked but..

I went to sign off for my OSAP funding during the first week that you were able to do it (around August 27th) BUT when I checked my bank statement, there weren't any OSAP deposits yet (i.e. loans/grants).

Is there a date that they start depositing or should I contact the office?

It has been a little over two weeks since I picked up my OSAP...

You wont get osap before the the 17th because the negotiation date was the 10th and it takes them a week to transfer the money. The early pick-up thing was from mac to avoid long lines.

My negotiation date was Sept 1st, I haven't gotten mine yet.

So no worries, must just be taking longer than anticipated to do all the formal stuff. (:

I just have a question, why are they sending money to our bank accounts when its already deducted from our payment agreement? Do we have to pay mcmaster the amount they gave us?

They only send the money to your bank account if when you went to pick it up you told them that you didnt want all the money to go to mac. Also if some people have money left over even after paying mac from their osap.

when it is deposited.. does it say "osap" beiside the online account statement?... or deos it just say "deposit"?

Grants??????
So I checked my bank account and yes I did get my funding. BUT
I got $500 more from LOANS while receiving none of the GRANTS!! =(
>>Do the grants come at a different date????<<

I guess I will email them about why my loans are $500 more though.
