So, it has been about 3 days since the estimated date of OSAP released and I have not received it yet. I was wondering if it is common, and the situation is the same among others.

When you log on to your OSAP account, what does it say? If it has been released, it will specify this (it takes time sometimes to actually make it to your bank account). If it has not been released but it's past the date when it should have been (usually the first day of classes), then there will be a message saying why it hasn't been released.

If you do not see OSAP funding in your account by Monday, I would suggest calling NSLSC and inquire about the missing funds.

I received mine before school started this year while friends of mine still don't have theirs - if you register for an account on CanLearn.ca through the NSLSC you can see the exact dates your loans and/or grants were released... also depending on which bank you bank with and how late you filed for your osap, it may take longer to show up in your account.
