I have paid my fees... and I want to change my timetable
Hi,

I was wondering if after I paid my fees, am I free to change the timings of my courses and/ or add/drop courses? I mean if, for example, I add/drop a course will I be charged extra fees?
Also, I want to change the time of my Maths course, will I have to confirm the payment agreement even if I paid already?

Also, on my accounts and cashiers page on mugsi, it says the payments received is -6981.12 but I got a $1000 scholarship and I ticked the check box on my payment agreement, so shouldn't it read -5981.12? I'm confused :S

I highly appreciate your help!

Yes, you are free to change/add/drop course and would not cost if you are a full time student. But be aware, changes made after deadline may cause academic penalty

If you add a course you may be charged extra since the cost is based on number of units - there is a full grid available on the student accounts and cashiers website that has all of the costs for each number of units for every program/year, for domestic and international students. Likewise, if you drop a course you may get money back. If your total number of units stays the same, your costs won't change and you don't need to do anything with the payment agreement - besides, if you've already paid, there's no point in re-signing an agreement on how you're going to pay.

The scholarship is considered a payment - check the detailed transactions. Besides, you were the one to actually pay the money - they can't have received an extra thousand dollars from your bank account if you didn't authorize it.
