Is there any place to store bikes in Hedden

There definitely used to be a bike room in the basement. I don't want to say with certainty that it hasn't been converted to something else by now since I haven't lived in Hedden since 2003 (and storage was sometimes a scarce commodity for Housing), so hopefully a more recent resident can chime in.

Chances are it's still there, and you'd just have to sign out a key for the year from the Service Desk in order to store your bike in it.

hedden hall is the greatest residence ever!
I lived in Hedden Last year (room 154C) annd i'm going to be a welcome week rep for the building in september so you guys all better be PUMPED! the buildings amazing but i am biased to first floor... our common rooms were a little bigger then the rest, you dont have to go far to the study rooms/laundry rooms at all... and the first floor was all handicapp accessible so our showers are HUGE..as in i could physically lie down in one and make a snow angel formation and still have alot of room. so yeah.. hedden welcome week is going to be AMAZING. we have alot of supercool acitivites planned and the traditional annual hedden dance. hope everyones stoked because its just over a month away!!

This makes me excited to be on the first floor . I was afraid we would be missing out being on the main floor in terms of socializing + whatnot.

Nope, I lived on the first floor in my first year, and it's just as big and social as any of the other floors (most buildings have far fewer students on their first floors, but Hedden is an exception - it's pretty much the same number on all floors). Oh, and as a bonus, you never have to take the stairs or wait for an elevator!

i am assigned double..but wanted 2 know if it is like the bunk loft type....or the regular 2 beds one.. also the virtual tour only shows the bunk and loft room..

it's the latter. in a double room there are two single beds (not bunk beds).
