Does anyone know why this message keeps appearing " Based on your Registration and Payment Agreement status, you are not eligible to use SOLAR at this time. " As soon as SOLAR opens, this message pops out.

I assume you didn't accept the payment agreement, it is due to that.

Nope. The last date was July 30th if you wanted to access Solar today.

It's in this pdf.

It says SOLAR closes on the 30th and opens on 9th. So, you would've had to confirm it by the 30th.

And for future reference, you can amend and confirm your payment agreement as many times as you want before payments are due. So you can confirm your payment agreement tentatively in July and then amend and confirm it again in August when you know for sure what your financial situation is.

Also, if you change the number of units you take, you HAVE to reconfirm your payment agreement as your tuition will change.
