Her (2013)
I can't quite put my finger on it but something about this movie really impressed me.

Its not a matter of liking it per se. Anyone else had a chance to see it ?

To me, this movie seems like every other movie made in the last 14 years about ~quirky, socially retarded shut-ins. They're a dime a dozen.

Now, American Hustle? that's impressive. That scene where BCoop has the curlers in his hair had the whole audience in laughter, including me. It was the only time I shared a moment with other human beings all year.

It broke my heart, and it was beautiful!
