If you take this whole discussion down to its most basic level, we'd look at this through a biological perspective.

If a woman is physically unattractive, then we label "unattractive" as having less of the features that signal good health, good genes, the ability to birth healthy offspring, etc. That's basically what our sense of attraction comes from. But attraction is far more than a lot of you define it as; it's not just about physical appearance and personality alone. Many things come into play, like smell (this is where specific genes are a factor), voice and our judgements of how many "resources" aka how wealthy or intelligent or well-connected this person is.

Face it, if you see a young, pretty woman dating an older and physically unattractive guy, you may decide that the older man is rich or socially well-off. That follows with the evolutionary theory of attraction. The man might not have the physical appearance, but he has the resources to prove to women that he can take care of them, take care of their kids, etc.

There's plenty of research being done on attraction from the pyschological, evolutionary and biological level. Dr. Feinberg from our Psychology Department does a lot of facial attraction and voice attraction studies if anyone wants to read more on the topic.

There's no such thing as "most unattractive girl in the world".
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. An unattractive girl to one man could be the best looking girl in the world to another man.
I have a friend who doesn't think Bradley Cooper is attractive, whereas I think he's one of the best looking guys I've ever laid eyes on.

As for "making any guy fall in love with you..", I don't think you can. This has nothing to do with looks; you can look like Megan Fox or Scarlet Johanson and still not be able to get any guy you want. Some of the most beautiful girls in the world still get heartbroken, rejected and cheated on.

I truly believe that there's someone out there for everyone - a guy who thinks you're the most beautiful girl in the world, and he'll treat you like a queen - and by then, you won't even care whether or not any other guy thinks you're "attractive".

However, I agree with randhirmiz, i don't think there is a "most unattractive" person.
Everyone has different likes and dislikes.
