I had to share. I've been watching it since the morning, and it doesn't cease to be any less amazing.

Read all three books last year. They were pretty good actually. If you liked Hunger Games check out Divergent by Veronica Roth.
Anyways this was the first movie adaptation were the characters look pretty similar to what I imagined them to be haha.

So psyched, the reaping scene looks like pretty heavy stuff.

This trailer is the first that I've heard of the book. The movie looks REALLY good, and I want to read the books. But I looked it up and it said they are "juvenile fiction". Are the books written for teens? Or are they like Harry Potter where they can appeal to an older crowd too? Thanks! (I just don't want to buy them and they end up being too childish)

I read the series this past summer. I'm 21 lol.
(aka yes it's similar to HP in that it appeals to all ages)

Oh, it says it's a teen read, but I've seen the books with a 'Mature' label for violence on them. ^__^ You will DEFINITELY enjoy them (not because of the violence, I mean because they definitely aren't kid books). And the movie is just...it's shaping up to be epic.

Hunger Games seems like a total copy of Battle Royale.

By the trailer, it looks good. I never read the books, but maybe I will now I've been reading the last book in the inheritance cycle by Christopher Paolini, and now I'll have to find another series to read. Any suggestions?
