If Facebook was real life...
Amazing video about what would happen if the normal things we do on Facebook, like adding friends, poking and writing on each other's walls were happening in real life.

Why is it normal to do things on Facebook but not in real life? What makes online poking normal?

Facebook is slowly taking over the world...I think doing anything online is considered normal or whatever because it's where people go to do things they can't in real life. Although, there are some "Facecreeps" out there...
Oh, and who said offline poking wasn't normal? XD

Facebook is interesting. I personally think it sucks, but there are a lot of things about it that are worthy of discussion. For example:
Why people are so quick to put their status up as married, especially pre-teen girls and boys.
Why there are pictures of people passed out drunk for all to see.
Why contacts are titled "friends," its not likely that most people speak to all or even the majority of their contacts, let alone actually like them or consider them friends.
Call me old fashioned, fascist, or just plain dunce worthy, but I just don't see how these things are acceptable at all.

I don't think everyone is like that, though a lot probably are.
My status has been single the entire time. There isn't a single picture of me with any alcohol or drunk. And though I don't msg everyone on facebook all the time, when I see them in person I strike up a conversation. Maybe I'm just too boring and dont have anything exciting to show on facebook. BUT I am a poking master!

lmao. *pokes back*
Goce, I totally see where you're coming from. But really.. maybe thats why people like Facebook so much. The things they have on there probobly aren't suitable for showing/doing in real life, but it's the internet so why not I guess? Ive been hearing about people not getting hired for jobs because their employers saw their Facebook pages o_O

*Pokes back*
Keep in mind that sometimes people add you as a friend and you have no idea who they are. Imagine a stranger showing up on your doorstep begging for your friendship and constantly poking you.

Its happened to me before, minus the poking. I do not like to be touched by those I do not know, but I am a cuddler.
