Well, it says it won't be available from whatever to the 29th. So that technically means it's not available on the 29th either.

Whenever something states a range of dates, it's generally inclusive. Just like when they say that an singer is going to be in town from the 24-27, it means that they will be here on the 24, 25, 26 and 27. So if they say that a service will be unavailable from the April 4 to May 29, it generally means that it won't be available on the 29th either.

i'm really not sure since the exam could have gone both ways. But I hope this teaching method is not used next year. It was really ineffective
