Important Notice from Student Accounts & Cashiers Office

 
September 3, 2010 Important Message - for Students and Parents


We have been experiencing some system delays as a result of the very high volume of student payments received in the last week. As a result, payments made since Aug 31st may not be showing on the Student's Account Statement. Please be assured that these payments are being received and will reflect on the account sometime next week. There will be no fees, fines or interest charges assessed on accounts as a result of the system delay. Course registration or residence availability will not be impacted.


Please check back on Wednesday Sept 8, 2010 and we will have an update for you.
Thank-you for your patience and consideration.

I sense something similar to SOLAR. Because they didn't know it was going to happen.
