Haults Downtown Hamilton HSR



If you haven't noticed yet, there are movie crews parked all over the place downtown, trailers are setup near Gore Park and there is a huge set constructed as well which looks like an old street building side.

The producers will begin filming in downtown Hamilton until Friday October 12th, and in the meantime the HSR buses have new routes (you'll notice signs up on most bus stops). Filming will shut down during the Thanksgiving long weekend, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, October 6, 7 and 8. October 11 and 12 are rain dates. The City of Hamilton will close Main Street East between James and Catharine Streets South from 6:30 p.m. until 7 a.m. during the shoot. It will also close John Street South, between Main and King Streets East and the south branch of King Street East (south of Gore Park) after 11:59 p.m. and before 5 a.m. during the shoot.
