Indigenous Studies Film Night: Monday March 29th

 
Monday March 29th will be the last film night presented by the Department of Indigenous Studies and the McMaster First Nations Student Association.

The film being shown is Shelly Niro's Kissed By Lightening. Shelly Niro is an award-winning photographer, artist and director. Niro is a Mohawk woman from Six Nations.

Kissed By Lightening is Niro's first feature-length film. It is about a woman who loses her husband after he is struck by lightening.

Niro will be attending the film night and will be leading discussion following the ending of the film.

The film is being screened in BSB 108 from 5pm-7pm, and there are snacks being provided.
