Ineligible to use SOLAR?
I just confirmed my payment agreement in a spur of the moment thing because it said I couldnt use SOLAR until August 16th otherwise? The when i just confirmed it and printed the information off, it still said I was ineligible? Does anybody know what nonsense it's talking about?

You had to confirm it before the 10th to allow for processing.

So that means you can't make time table changes if you hadn't confirmed?
