Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone can share some info on the meteor shower this Monday? The best time & spot to watch it in Hamilton?

Regards,

Hey if you go down on Rathburn, you can catch a good view of it at John Cabot in the school field or the public park across the road. A couple of friends and I watched a shower over the summer. Or if thats to far go to the Valleys park.

It depends where you live. But if you want a decent view from near Mac, the field out behind IWC/DBAC supposedly gets pretty dark. Or Stroud park might be dark enough, that's where I'm going to be attempting to watch it.

It does! I've been there after dark without the floodlights on

I was out from a little before 2 to 5:20 ish. Saw 5 but i know more than 10 passed by for sure.

In terms of best spots, out of from the lake, baseball field and soccer field, the soccer field at the very back on the seats at back was the best spot.

edit: referring to on-campus.
