Yeah we don't have to do only one meeting. Let's do another for the people who's schedules don't coincide with Wednesdays. ie. MONDAYS OR THRUSDAYS AT LUNCH.

I always see them at AN and reaaally consider getting one, like one from the Gundam00 series (kyrios <3), but ...probably wouldn't have the patience to build it.

Um, is this like a car model collector's thing, where you have to put it together and paint it? That can get expensive. Where do you buy these things from, anyway?

Yep "studying" is always a good idea. Especially when everyone is in different years, different programs, and different classes. Brilliant idea. haha

Sounds strikingly similar to my habits with a couple girls back in first year...

yeah, they come as pieces in a frame, ready to be popped out and assembled by the buyer :3 you can buy them online, in hobby shops or at anime conventions. I've seen small ones go for about 30 bucks.

I thought it worked out nicely in previous years.

I tend to buy the models rather than the model kits, all the model kits I've ever gotten have turned out horrible so I decided to cut my losses

My friend has over 40 Gundams built and painted in his room. His closet contains every box as well.

This turnout is awesome. 17 people so far on Doodle (and counting, hopefully)
OFFICIAL TIME: Wednesday the 17th, at 2:30
OFFICIAL LOCATION: Student Centre, near the fireplace. Now hear me out on this one. My original thought was Bridges because it seems like the only place that can hold that many people in a somewhat intimate environment. But I figured that we should all just decide where we want to go after meeting up. If Bridges is cool with you guys, just say so. Again, a reminder, this isn't a food thing, just a meeting.
UNOFFICIAL TIME: I'm going to be at our meeting location at about 12:30/1:00 , so whoever is free can just drop by and stick around till the rest arrive.
What to bring: a smile
What to leave behind: trolling attempts and forum-drama.
If anyone wants my celphone number, ask and you shall recieve.
