On the grade report it said that it is an interim report only, does this mean that these marks are not the final grades?

I think they are the final grades, but there's a chance that these marks might change (i.e a professor forgot to add in a specific mark to someone/everyone). Also, by final it means that once all the grades are out, the grade report will be finalized (Final Marks).

They will only change if the professor noticed a mistake when sending the grades. It rarely ever changes though.
